“Sasayama Castletown Hotel “NIPPONIA” is an accommodation facility and restaurant which was renovated from 4 buildings including an old private house more than 100 years old. Teh Concepts of these facilities helped make the Castletown, which has 400 years history, register as a National Historical Site as “One Hotel”. It received authorization from the National Strategy Special Zones (Kansai area) and opened in October, 2015. The old Higuchi house was registered as the first Important Landscape Building in the city based on landscape law and because of its personality and appearance of ae house.”
